During these strange times that we are currently going through, as well as looking after our learning and bodies, it is important that we look after our mental health too. We have spent some time at school looking at how to talk about our feelings, worries and thoughts. Remember you can always talk to someone at home about how you feel. I have left some resources below if you would like to do some meditation and there are some conversation starters for you to look at with your adults.
