Today is all about looking after our minds and taking some time to breathe and focus on ourselves. These activities are for you to choose something you would like to have a go at. This page is not designed for you to do everything but it may help you decide the path you mught like to go on when taking some time out. These resource packs are to be used for the next few weeks if you want to use them. Every Wednesday afternoon I will give you time to be screen free if you want to, to get outside if you can or listen to some relaxing music!
