There will shortly be a document added to this page that outlines in much more detail what you can do to help your child.  Until our full Home Learning Packs are uploaded, please help yourself to the following tasks.  Any questions can be directed to the Enquiries email (, which Mrs Leach will forward to me.  I hope you are all well and we are back to normal soon.


The Activity Grid below is something I created a few years ago for the Easter break.  Feel free to share it around if you like it and feel that other children could benefit.


The Wymstooth Crown is a project pack taken from Twinkl.  Please read the instruction document below if your child intends to access any of the resources for it.  There are resources linked to it in the link below the instruction document.

  • Teach your monster to read – an app that supports children with phonics
  • Bubble maths Lite – an app to help increase speed at number bonds
  • Fix the factory – an app that supports the coding aspect of the computing curriculum
  • Maths duel – a 2-player app that focuses on answering quickfire maths questions (aimed at Year 5 and 6 but may be good for other year groups too!)



  • Twinkl - Twinkl is a website that has many worksheet-based resources to support the different areas of the curriculum, as well as colouring sheets for mindfulness etc. They are giving parents a months free access using the code PARENTSTWINKLHELPS (download as much as you can!) and includes an explanation of how to use the website
  • Classroom Secrets - Lots of worksheets for different subjects.  They are currently offering a free membership for home-schooling so you can download lots of resources at every level for you child
  • TT Rockstars – children all have their own log in for TT Rockstars, it is available as an app or online at
  • Spelling frame – a website that offers games and activities from Year 1 upwards on a variety of spelling rules
  • Hit the button – times tables practise, there are also other maths based games on the Top Marks website
  • Pobble 365 – every day there is a new picture to inspire any young writers
  • CorbettMaths 5 a day – there are 5 problem solving maths challenges every day for a whole year with increasing difficulty for Year 4 upwards (answers included but start from February as we have nearly completed January!)
